Cerebrum Cadre Announces Founder Program for Axiom Refract

Cerebrum Cadre, a division of CSI, Inc., today announced the Founder Program for Axiom Refract — a limited offering of 250 lifetime price-lock seats at 50% off standard subscription rates. The program is available immediately on a first-come, first-served basis with no waitlist and no application process.

Why a Founder Program

Axiom Refract is entering a market that does not yet have an established category. Architecture governance — the practice of maintaining a persistent, verified structural record of a codebase — is not a line item in most engineering budgets. The Founder Program is designed to reward early adopters who recognize the problem and are willing to commit before the category is fully defined.

Founder seats carry a permanent price lock at 50% of standard rates. The discount is not promotional. It does not expire. It applies for the lifetime of the subscription, regardless of future price increases to standard tiers.

Tier Structure

The Founder Program includes five subscription tiers, each locked at half of the corresponding standard rate:

• Starter: $275/month (standard: $550/month) — 15 scans/month, 1 seat
• Startup: $500/month (standard: $1,000/month) — 25 scans/month, 3 seats
• Team: $750/month (standard: $1,500/month) — 40 scans/month, 10 seats
• Business: $2,500/month (standard: $5,000/month) — 75 scans/month, 25 seats
• Enterprise: Custom pricing — unlimited scans and seats

Pay-per-scan options start at $75/scan during the beta period. A free tier with one scan is available with no credit card required.

How It Works

There is no waitlist. Founder seats are allocated in the order they are claimed. When all 250 seats are filled, the program closes permanently. New subscribers after that point pay standard rates. Cerebrum Cadre will not reopen, extend, or modify the Founder Program once the cap is reached.

Existing Founder subscribers can upgrade or downgrade between tiers while retaining their 50% price lock. The lock applies to the subscription rate only — usage-based overages, if applicable, are billed at standard per-unit rates.
